Dark colour, clear menuscus. Nose of spices, light dark cherry, licorice, sweet figs, not overly intense. Dry figs, sweet dry cherries, lovely balanced fruitiness, red currants, good acidity, tannins melted in and mild, going strong. A great showing. To drink now, but not in decline, excellent in its category of youngish reservas.
Tempranillo / Garnacha / Mazuelo / Graciano
Pale, almost colorless in the glass, this wine smells of golden apples and wet stones. In the mouth the wine has a moderate sweetness, with flavors of lemon and apple, and a hint of something woody, like a wet deck in the rain. A finish of grapes.
50% Pinot Gris, 45% Welsh Riesling, 5% Muscat Ottonel
Intense aromas of roses, rose oil and water, refreshing citrus aromas, strawberries and cherry character, light muscat, very subtle tannins give the wine character.
Attractive bouquet of grapefruit zest, over white blossom and fine herb spice. The palate displays juicy characters of fresh tropical fruit supported by elegant balance and a lingering aftertaste of ripe yellow peach.
