Very fleshy aromas of blackcurrant, fresh cherry, married with rare spices and tobacco. Fat in mouth with depth, fine tannins and long finish. Very well balanced and elegant. Best with duck, lamb, veal and venison.
Grenache and Mourvedre Blend
Pale, almost colorless in the glass, this wine smells of golden apples and wet stones. In the mouth the wine has a moderate sweetness, with flavors of lemon and apple, and a hint of something woody, like a wet deck in the rain. A finish of grapes.
50% Pinot Gris, 45% Welsh Riesling, 5% Muscat Ottonel
Intense aromas of roses, rose oil and water, refreshing citrus aromas, strawberries and cherry character, light muscat, very subtle tannins give the wine character.
Attractive bouquet of grapefruit zest, over white blossom and fine herb spice. The palate displays juicy characters of fresh tropical fruit supported by elegant balance and a lingering aftertaste of ripe yellow peach.
