Viche Pitia is the re-birth of the taste of 18th century Russian aperitifs, from artisanal recipes absent for over a hundred years. The collection of spirits is produced in Cognac, France using copper pot-stills and multiple distillations as was the case in Russia during the 18th century. Viche Pitia is the result of a Franco-Russian partnership. Lemon on milk was the most popular vodka drunk in the upper echelons of society at the time of the Russian Empire.

Akayane Premium Vodka is made by slowly breaking down local Kagoshima sweet potatoes to convert its starches into sugar, without rice koji.
