As a tribute to its founder Leon Croizet, the House of Cognac Croizet has used some of its most exceptional cognacs in this blend. Croizet "Extra" shows all the savoir-faire that has been acquired by the company since 1805, reminding us that excellence can only be achieved through time. Many years are necessary to give this cognac such richness. The aromas are powerful, offering magnificent notes of candied fruits. Notes of dried figs and marmelade join in harmony with others such as leather, cigar box and soft spices. The subtlety of the aromas balances perfectly with the aromatic richness of this extraordinary cognac.

Absolutely superb with Honduras cigars and their characteristic aromas of honey, spices and dried fruit (Santa Rosa region in the north-west and Danley in the south). Served at room temperature, it expresses the famous “rancio” (distinctive aroma of old cognacs, appearing at 15 to 20 years of age), characterised by flavours of walnuts, hazelnuts and dried fruits combined with dried flowers. To be enjoyed with the best cigars.

Aged for over a decade - much longer than required for this age category - the Godet VSOP Original Cognac is intended to show the influence of oak on spirit. Composed of eaux-de-vie from the Fins Bois as well as Grande and Petite Champagne, this expression blends some of the finest regions of Cognac seamlessly, all aged by the west coat of France. Thanks to its extended maturation by the sea, the fruity spirit has been mellowed and complemented by rich tannins and notes of dried fruit.

1840 is an addition to the Pierre Ferrand cognac range that has a bit of history. Based on the 3 star cognacs much favoured by the pioneering bartenders of the 19th century this has been designed to work perfectly in classic cocktails. It's also a bit punchier than the others in the range, bottled at 45% for a more concentrated flavour that should sing out in a mixed drink.$880.00
The "Renegade" of Cognac is free to push the boundaries of what defines one of the world's most heavily regulated spirits. After discovering pre-World-War II receipts from Cognac makers for Chestnut barrels, he decided it was time to product a spirit that harkened back to Cognac's past. Partially aged in traditional French Oak and partially aged in Chestnut barrels, this spirit doesn't meet the letter of the law for modern Cognac and is therefore classified as Eau De Vie De Vin. It does however, taste incredible. The Chestnut imparts a light, yet rich and firm, tannic structure that simply isn't available from French Oak. It's floral and delicate and offers a spice profile unseen before. Bottled at 47.1% ABV, it also has a punchiness not typically associated with Cognac.

This is a bold and intense expression of Cognac from one of the Big Four Cognac houses, thanks to its assemblage of Fine Champagne eaux-de-vie aged for up to 20 years - making it a Napoléon Cognac. The Remy Martin Club Cognac contains eaux-de-vie between 5 and 25 years old, and can be enjoyed in a number of ways. The complex aroma and flavor profile is particularly nutty, roasted and warm with baking spices.
Containing eaux-de-vie from the Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne, the octagonal decanter is iconic. It takes 70% of its eaux-de-vie from the Grande Champagne, and 30% from the Petite Champagne. Both are renowned for producing the finest Cognac in the region, thanks to the unique makeup of the soil and high chalk content.
