Sweeter and less salty in flavour than any other white pig hams, this ham is ideal for daily consumption, fruit pairing and salads.

Duroc Hams are noted for their remarkable and superlative intramuscular fat content and tender meat texture. Cured for a minimum of 24 months in the cold, dry cellars of Sierra Nevada (southern Spain), our Duroc Hams mature slowly, producing nuanced and elegant flavours.
