Jonathan’s wines are organically certified and he employs many biodynamic principles in an effort to ensure that his wine gives a true representation of the magical terroirs of Pouilly-Fumé. Consistently voted among the best winemakers in France, he is being touted as the successor to French winemaking superstar Didier Dagueneau – high praise indeed!
The ‘Prelude’ is made with grapes from younger vines, showcasing a more fruit-forward and easy drinking style, while still maintaining the mineral undertones for which Jonathan is so well known.
100% Sauvignon Blanc
Very pale pink, with concentrated ripe melon flavours that shows dried berries, cherries, and spice notes. The subtle finish is filled with mango and balanced.

Pale, almost colorless in the glass, this wine smells of golden apples and wet stones. In the mouth the wine has a moderate sweetness, with flavors of lemon and apple, and a hint of something woody, like a wet deck in the rain. A finish of grapes.
50% Pinot Gris, 45% Welsh Riesling, 5% Muscat Ottonel
Intense aromas of roses, rose oil and water, refreshing citrus aromas, strawberries and cherry character, light muscat, very subtle tannins give the wine character.
Attractive bouquet of grapefruit zest, over white blossom and fine herb spice. The palate displays juicy characters of fresh tropical fruit supported by elegant balance and a lingering aftertaste of ripe yellow peach.
