INDI tonic is made by macerating Orange skin from Seville, Lima and Lemon skin, Kewra plant, Cardamom seeds, Kalinji from India and of course Quinine. Finally water, white & cane sugar are added.
During three to four weeks all botanicals macerate in cold water and alcohol to obtain the maximum of flavors and aromas. After the maceration of the Botanicals, these are distilled in centenary copper pot stills, by the technique of “a bain-marie” to allow a gently and gradually distill process achieving the maximum quality. This process takes place in a unique centenary family distillery in El Puerto de Santa Maria, in the South of Spain.
Round and lavish initial palate, packed with pomelo and citrus oil. Finishes with a generous hit of ruby red grapefruit zest.

Crafted in the most elegant way, our Tonic Water captures the contemporary taste of tonic with the highest quinine levels available in the market. This is rounded out with top notes of Thai lemongrass and Manao Lime.

An organic grain base, milled quinine bark and lemongrass are brought together to create a natural tonic water that is distinctly zesty and brewed to perfection. There is a sharpness derived from the bitter, woody aromas of quinine bark, mixed with a light dose of cane sugar.
By blending the essential oils from handpicked English elderflowers with quinine of the highest quality from the 'fever trees' of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, we have created a delicious, floral variation of our Indian tonic water.
