The brandy is double distilled and aged for two to three years in French oak barrels. The result is a smooth and complex spirit with aromas of ripe apple, honey, and vanilla. It has a full-bodied and rich, with flavours of baked apple, cinnamon, and oak with a long and warming finish and a hint of sweetness.
