This is our most popular contemporary syrup. Accidently created at Sydney's now legendary bar 'Lotus' by head bartender Alexx Stuart. She left a large pan of organic orange and vanilla beans on gas-heat too long whilst serving customers. When she finally came back to it, it had semi caramelized and turned a little dark but it tasted incredible. Stunning in the Old Fashioned Cocktail, any Collins, Sours and Punch.
