“Orangery” is an elegant, medium-dry triple sec with complex layers of flavour. A luxurious mouthfeel delivers rich marmalade and candied orange depths from Seville oranges with their bitter, floral notes. Valencia oranges bring fresh, bright, sweetness followed by floral, lemon blossom delicacy from Navel oranges.
Three separate distillates from this trio of oranges are blended together, gently sweetened and then barrel-aged in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels (Quercus alba), giving mellow vanilla and cocoa notes, before a delicate floral finish.

Ki No Bi (“The Beauty of the Seasons”) is inspired by tradition and is distilled, blended and bottled in Kyoto.
Ki No Bi Kyoto Dry Gin is created with Japanese botanicals such as yellow yuzu from the north of Kyoto Prefecture, hinoki wood chips (Japanese cypress), bamboo, gyokuro tea from the Uji region and green sanshō (Japanese peppercorn) berries. Bottled at 45.7% abv, Ki No Bi uses a rice spirit base and pure ground water sourced from the famous sake-brewing district of Fushimi.
Mastering not only the science of distillation as others have done before, but also the age-old art of blending, we separate the botanicals in our gin into 6 Elements: Base, Citrus, Tea, Herbal, Spice and Fruity & Floral, and distil each category individually. Then we blend them in perfect harmony to create the distinctive Ki No Bi flavour.

Ki No Bi Sei is made according to the same intricate production method as the original Ki No Bi, using 11 botanicals distilled in six distinct flavour categories, known as the 6 Elements. The final blend has been recalibrated to bring out the best of each botanical at the higher strength. This bottling is at the traditional Royal Navy strength of 54.5% abv, often confused with 100 proof, or 57.1% abv.
In contrast with the original Ki No Bi, which has a delicate and gentle profile, Ki No Bi Sei has a thicker mouthfeel and full-bodied flavour, which works well in cocktails.

Ki No Tea is a product created in collaboration with tea-grower and blender Hori-Shichimeien, founded in the Meiji era in 1879 and based in the famous Uji region to the south of Kyoto city. A number of super-premium Uji teas have been specially selected to form the heart of Ki No Tea.
Tencha and gyokuro provide intense aromas and depth of flavour with a wonderful sweetness that occurs naturally in the distillation of these superior teas. We use leaves harvested in the Okunoyama tea yard, dating back to the 14th century, and blend carefully with a secret botanical recipe used only in Ki No Tea.

What is Peated Bourbon? It’s bourbon whiskey that conforms to the American requirements for bourbon but is made with malted barley that has been exposed to peat smoke, a practice more common in Scotch whiskies—the malt used for the peated bourbon was even grown and kilned in Scotland. So it’s a hybrid whiskey of the two traditions, flavorful and robust from having aged in a new barrel, with an added light smoky finish reminiscent of single-malt. If scotch and bourbon had a baby, this is what it would taste like. As far as we can tell, this was the world’s first ever peated bourbon and will appeal to the adventurous whiskey traveler who has tried everything.

After aging in a variety of new charred oak barrels for anywhere between 4 and 6 years, Their bourbon is carefully blended to ensure quality and complexity. With prominent notes of caramel and vanilla, as well as undertones of dark berries, this bottle is cited frequently in lists of best craft bourbons.

This is a small batch Rye based Gin from Finland. The gin’s key components have their roots in the very heart of Finnish nature, with meadowsweet, sea-buckthorn, cranberries and birch leaves, giving the scents and flavors of a misty Finnish meadow, early in the morning. Cool as the Finnish night but with the heat of rye and the midnight sun, it is a gin unlike any other.

Siete Misterios Doba-Yej is made from agave Espadin. Doba-Yej is Zapotec for agave Espadin, and they chose this name as this mezcal is different from the Siete Misterios Espadin. It is the first expression from Siete Misterios that is made in a copper still rather than the clay pot. The milling for this mezcal is also done by horse-drawn tahona, rather than by hand like the other Siete Misterios mezcal. In typical Siete Misterios fashion, each batch is made by a different mezcalero, and depending on the batch, your bottle of Doba-Yej either came from Santiago Matatlan or San Luis del Rio. Make sure to check your bottle for these details.

During the 1970s and 1980s, Michter’s Original Sour Mash Whiskey was the distillery’s single most popular product. While the “Sour Mash” moniker originated from the whiskey production process of the same name – whereby some previously fermented mash is used as the starter for the new mash to be fermented, much like making sourdough bread – Michter’s Original Sour Mash earned distinction for its unique taste. With its unique grain selection, it cannot be categorized as a rye or a bourbon. After disappearing from the market in 1989, Michter’s Original Sour Mash Whiskey made a triumphant return in 2012 with its introduction into the US1 line. Staying true to the profile and palate of its predecessor, Michter’s US1 Sour Mash has quickly become a favorite of whiskey enthusiasts.

The "Renegade" of Cognac is free to push the boundaries of what defines one of the world's most heavily regulated spirits. After discovering pre-World-War II receipts from Cognac makers for Chestnut barrels, he decided it was time to product a spirit that harkened back to Cognac's past. Partially aged in traditional French Oak and partially aged in Chestnut barrels, this spirit doesn't meet the letter of the law for modern Cognac and is therefore classified as Eau De Vie De Vin. It does however, taste incredible. The Chestnut imparts a light, yet rich and firm, tannic structure that simply isn't available from French Oak. It's floral and delicate and offers a spice profile unseen before. Bottled at 47.1% ABV, it also has a punchiness not typically associated with Cognac.
